Ryan leads Performance Services, the combined content and media divisions responsible for all performance marketing channels within the company. Along with some of the brightest content and media minds, Ryan oversees strategy, planning, execution/buying, production, partner management, and operations across all performance media and content disciplines, as well as coordination with the agency’s other major practice areas in the US and beyond.
Ryan joined Performics in 2008 as a natural search specialist writing technical recommendations for several leading brands. His excellent communication and problem solving skills quickly moved him through the ranks of the content (then SEO) team, taking leadership positions in operations, business development, and client management along the way. In 2013, Ryan transitioned to a senior leadership role within the – then new – Client Solutions group to manage all performance marketing/consulting channels for his clients. He joined the U.S. Executive Team in 2014 and launched the Performance Services division in 2016, which he manages today.
Before pursuing a career in digital marketing, Ryan worked as a technical marketing engineer for Intel Corporation’s Consumer PC Group and as a retail consultant for networking and computing products.
Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in computer science from The Pennsylvania State University with minors in business and information science. He is an avid skier, quotes Jurassic Park, uses a fake Christmas tree, and won the Best Attitude Award for his terrible play on the 1997-98 St. Anne Cardinals basketball team.
