Introducing Performics’ Local Search Client Research Center


Posted by Josh Roland, Account Director Local Search is a highly complex and dynamic landscape.  At Performics, we’re working to simplify the Local Search marketplace for our clients.  One way to simplify Local Paid Search management is through our Local Search Client Resource Center (CRC).  The CRC is a full-service interface that enables clients to review their current and historical reporting, access Call Tracking Analytics, update company and billing information, and view/print current or historical invoices. The CRC gives each client transparency into their search program and offers an intuitive user interface that is multi-functional and continually evolving. CRC features include:

  • Client reports populated from our Global Analytics Center cross-channel reporting and insights application
  • Store metrics displayed for each custom program through biweekly Search Summary and monthly Top 25 reports
  • Cross-program metrics displayed on monthly account summary reports for clients who manage multiple stores, which enables easy analysis
  • Agency invoices surfaced at the beginning of each month, as well as the ability to manage billing types (Invoice/Credit Card) to ensure a smooth billing cycle
  • Archived reports and invoices stored for transparency into historical results
  • Access to Call Analytics for deeper analysis into phone leads driven by paid search, including recorded calls and robust caller information
