Overall, U.K. consumers are more satisfied with the Household Goods vertical than their U.S. counterparts. However, U.K. users don’t seem to place high importance on Privacy within this vertical; but, it plays a much larger role in the U.S. And compared to other verticals, Social, in both the U.K. and the U.S., is very important to consumer satisfaction.
Compared to other verticals, consumers are not satisfied with Utility. Because of this, brands within the Household Goods should focus on creating content that aligns with their audience’s intent.
