Jeff Koons - Exhibit
Jeff Koons was born in York, Pennsylvania in 1955, and has studied at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore and the Art Institute of Chicago. He lives and works in New York City and York, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Koons is known for his numerous public installations throughout North America, Europe and Asia. His public sculptures include the monumental floral scultures Puppy, shown at Rockefeller Center and on permanent display at the Guggenheim Bilbo; and Split-Rocker, exhibited at the Papal Palace in Avignon, France. In 2006, Balloon Flower (Red) was unveiled at 7 World Trade Center in New York.
Nigel Poor - Interactive Activity
Poor began her photographic career on the East Coast when she received her B.A. at Bennington College in Vermont and her M.F.A. from the Massachusetts College of Art. She is now an established Bay Area photographer and her work is included in the permanent collections of both the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art in San Francisco, CA; the De Young Museum in San Francisco, CA; and the Corcoran Gallery of Art, in Washington, DC; her work was included in the 47th Biennial Exhibition at the Corcoran Gallery of Art. Additionally, Poor was the recipient of The Art Council's 2002 Grants to Individual Artists in San Francisco.
