Consumers in the U.K. are generally happier with their online experience in comparison to the U.S. We’ve noticed that this is primarily due to the U.K.’s level of satisfaction and comfort with Privacy and Trust, two of the four main factors in which the U.S. scored lower.
Additionally, we noticed that digital satisfaction varied significantly depending on consumers’ location. In the U.K., consumers that are satisfied with their online experience typically live in highly populated areas. But in the U.S., there is no set digital satisfaction pattern based on location.
