Martin Hubert joined Performics in 2018, as CEO of Performics Germany. He oversees 350+ employees at five locations across Germany, with a focus on strategic development across the largest offices in Berlin and Dusseldorf. As a graduate physicist, Hubert believes that the fusion of data, performance marketing and artificial intelligence is the future of the industry and the key to digital transformation.
Prior to joining Performics, Martin worked for the esport company ESL, Cologne, where he took care of the strategic orientation as a media and advertising partner. Previously, he served as CEO of nugg.ad, a provider of data-driven targeting, prior to which he held the same position at Ströer Digital Group
