Adam Mills

Adam is Vice President and leads the Canadian business operations.

His first love is data-focused insights as he finds the story within the numbers to tell a consumer focused story. These stories are about driving client KPIs; pushing online and offline attribution and tying it to the business results that CMOs and CEOs really care about.

Building high performance teams naturally results from an inclusive “together-lead” approach – driving for results, internally and with our partners. These teams and relationships contribute to success in many client domains – retail, telcommunications, technology, entertainment and finance categories.

Adam joined the team ~2 years ago after 13 years with IPG and 4 with Omnicom. He builds long lasting relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues that last well beyond their tenure together.

He started his media career in the finance department of an agency.  Not long after, he was asked to join the strategy teams to ideate, brainstorm and work with the teams to develop evolutions to media strategy and buying approaches – focused on consumer receptivity. With an ingrained love of numbers and data, it lead to a natural fit within performance media.

Slayer of gods and dragons while playing World of Warcraft in the few minutes between satisfying clients and raising his “million dollar” babies, Noah (4) and Sloane (1).  Also, a depressed Toronto Maple Leafs fan and ridiculously hoppy and bitter beer aficionado.
