Pallav Jain

Pallav Jain is Co-CEO of Performics India. He was one of the founders of Convonix, an agency acquired by Publicis Groupe in 2013, and he led the integration of Convonix with Starcom MediaVest Group in India. Pallav helped drive the merger and integration of Convonix and Resultrix into Performics India.

Over the last 15 years, he has played a pivotal role in setting up and growing the agency from just 3 people to a team of more than 500 digital media specialists, delivering cutting edge solutions to clients, Indian and Global, across diverse sectors such as financial services, travel, CPG, ecommerce, telecom, media and entertainment. Under his leadership, Performics.Convonix saw 100% revenue growth over two years. Pallav is an engineering graduate from Mumbai University and earned his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
