Paul oversees the strategic direction of Performics, including client solutions, new business growth, operations, analytics and technology. Paul also heads up the Client Development, Corporate Development, and Business Development teams at CJ Affiliate, as President, driving adoption, retention, and utilization of the CJ Affiliate network by advertisers of every size. Before joining CJ, Paul led the North America sales team at Affinnova, transforming the business model from custom projects to SAAS. After Nielsen acquired Affinnova in October 2014, Paul led the strategic global accounts team for Nielsen’s Innovation Practice in the US. Paul began his career in media consulting, both selling and leading engagements.
Paul graduated from Clark University, earning a BA in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, followed by an MBA in Marketing. In his free time, Paul can most likely be found at soccer field, hockey rink, or baseball diamond cheering on one of his 3 sons. A pitcher in college himself, he also dedicates a good chunk of his summer coaching.
