In 2008, Jamil became Zed Digital’s first employee in the Middle East. He established the operation and grew it from one person to 10 people with significant and consistent year-on-year growth in the high double digits. In April the Performics office was launched in MENA with a hub in Dubai and offices in Kuwait and soon Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
Prior to joining Zed Digital, Jamil helped establish Ikoo, now the region’s largest digital ad network growing revenues by 300% in a year. Additional professional accomplishments include leading the sales team of the region’s biggest publishing house for the UAE and lower gulf.
