Women are generally more satisfied with their digital experience than men. Based on our research, women have a higher satisfaction score in three of the four verticals assessed (Household, Travel and Retail). However, men are typically more satisfied with Financial Services.
Particularly, there’s a large gap in the amount of satisfaction within the Retail industry. While retailers are successfully reaching women, they are not engaging men. Because men and women shop differently, they also interact differently which means brands should be understanding ways in which they can engage male shoppers.
