Overall, U.K. consumers are more satisfied with the Travel vertical than their U.S. counterparts. And while both U.K. and U.S. users weighted the importance of all Factors similarly, U.K. consumers are seemingly more satisfied with Privacy, Social and Trust in comparison to the U.S.
And in comparison to other verticals, U.K. consumers are quite satisfied with the protection of their information on Travel sites. Overall, consumers are also satisfied with Travel brands’ credibility as well as their accessibility to information.
