Celebrating Performics x Google Strive: Shaping the future of performance marketing leaders

Last week marked a proud moment for Performics as we celebrated the graduation of our
Strive cohort in partnership with Google. Over the past nine months, Strive has been more
than a learning programme – it has been a journey to empower future leaders with the skills
and confidence to thrive in an ever-evolving performance marketing landscape.


The programme was designed to challenge thinking and broaden horizons. Participants
explored cutting-edge tools and methodologies, gained insights from industry leaders across
Google and Publicis Media, and engaged in discussions that pushed the boundaries of
what’s possible in our field. It was inspiring to see how each session built momentum,
equipping the cohort to lead with data-driven strategies and smarter, more integrated
systems.


At the graduation event, we reflected on the highlights of this transformative experience.
Conversations centred on how these learnings can be applied to our day-to-day work – from
improving processes and embedding automation to driving innovation that positions
Performics at the forefront of performance marketing. The energy in the room was palpable,
with graduates eager to take the lead in shaping the future of our organisation.


Strive is more than a programme; it is a catalyst for change. Watching this cohort grow into
confident, forward-thinking leaders has been a privilege, and it’s clear they are ready to
