Increasing Yoigo’s Website Traffic & Registration Through New Campaign
Competition is high within the telecommunications industry; because of this, Yoigo sought to differentiate themselves by creating a new campaign that would draw in consumers, drive traffic to the website and increase registrations online.
Performics created a new plan, focusing on the consumer and adapting the message to the consumer environment.
- Data Strategy: Data was collected through different traffic sources from previous campaigns to discover consumer intent through personal information, context and behaviour. With that data, several clusters were built out based on the audience in order to define the consumers’ intentions.
By doing this, we were able to reach them at the best time and place by using the most accurate content.
Performics’ implementations of the data plan resulted in increased volume and acquisition cost for potential clients as well as:
- 76% increase in traffic to client’s website
- 3.278 registration requests, a 28% increase after the campaign launch
- Decrease in CPA, from 61,66€ before the campaign to 34,80€ after the campaign
- 60% of all registrations obtained was through the online request form
