After completing a Bachelor of Communications degree (Journalism), winning AWARD school in Qld, Ros moved to London as a direct response media buyer for Zenith UK and Carat London. Ros has worked in a number of senior buying roles, at WPP agencies in Sydney and Singapore, then moving to Zenith Optimedia to lead the buying product on the Telstra account. She was head of investment for ZO across all media, leading master media negotiations for clients such as News Corporation, Nestlé/L’Oréal and Telstra.
She moved to a Publicis Groupe role in the VivaKiExchange, as digital lead, managing master media deals across ZO, Starcom & Razorfish, with local lead responsibility for global Microsoft, Google and Facebook relationships. Ros then discovered the transformational potential of RTB and programmatic trading and took the opportunity to bring the VivaKi Nerve Center to Australia and New Zealand. She was responsible for launching VivaKi’s Audience on Demand, and developing the product, technology, infrastructure and supply into a market leading offering down under.
Ros has two very dear children and keeps her head together by smashing the bay run on an (almost) daily basis.
