Kristen DeWitt
Vice President, People & Development
Kristen oversees People and Development for Performics’ US offices. Since joining us in 2010, she has worked tirelessly to champion Performics as a “Best in Class Employer” and has been rewarded by the agency’s many Top Workplace Awards. Together with her team, Kristen manages recruiting, employee development, employee relations, compensation, global mobility, employee satisfaction and performance management.
Kristen is a certified PHR and earned an MBA with concentrations in human resources and leadership change management from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from Purdue University.
Kristen lives for yoga, Starbucks, Instagram and her dog, grover (not necessarily in that order). She considers reading a sport and the Kindle her favorite accessory.
