Subhashis Guha

Subhashis comes with 18+yrs of experience, specializing in marketing strategy, digital marketing, client consulting, and program management. He brings extensive knowledge of the BFSI space, where he has led end-to-end complex, multi-channel, B2B, and B2C acquisition programs. Over the better part of the last decade, he has specialized in the digital marketing ecosystem, and has seen this space through the prism of an agency as well as a client. While servicing clients he has had the opportunity to work with enterprises and large organizations from North America to EU to Australia to South East Asia. Although his primary interest area is Organic Search, he brings to the table a lot of original thinking around Paid Search, Analytics, and Experience Optimization. He is a Bachelors in Economics and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines.

Subhashis was associated with iQuanti for the last 7 years. There he managed a portfolio of accounts and led a team of cross-functional engagement managers. Through strategic inputs, consistent delivery quality and timely interventions he was able to partner with the client leadership and significantly grow his portfolio to one of the largest in the company. He also worked closely with the global leadership of iQuanti and was instrumental in driving various org level initiatives like Centralising Quality, Account CSAT index and Engagement Profitability. Prior to iQuanti, in one of the assignment, Subhashis had built the online business of a leading brick and mortar remittance company. In another assignment, he grew the South Asia market of a remittance company by acquiring and integrating with leading partner banks, financial services and NBFCs of the region.

Subhashis has a passion for realizing people potentials through a humane approach of coaching and empathy. He believes that his leadership style rests on the three pillars of clear communication, respectful collaboration, and proactive engagement. On the personal front, Subhashis is a Bengali, married to a Punjabi, and they are blessed with two daughters. He is a foodie, a percussionist and a football lover.
